We target one muscle group at a time using equipment like dumbbells, bands, benches, and gliders. Each exercise is 60-90 seconds with cues you to get close to muscular failure in each set.

Think Pilates meets lifting. Burn is mat-based and core-focused. We use lighter weights, bands, and a small Pilates ball to achieve highly specific muscle work.
For a light-intensity cardio option, meet LICB. This class is choreographed to the beat to keep you moving and elevate your heart rate. This class is a great addition to your strength training classes.
Build and Burn uses a combination of Build exercises and Pilates-inspired moves to target each muscle group.
This 15-minute class is our version of HIIT. Expect high-intensity and sprint intervals that are short but all-out effort. This class is optional and not recommended to take more than two times/week.
Organized by gestation week, Dr. Shannon teaches 5 new classes each week. Feel educated about your pregnancy with resources like prenatal nutrition and pelvic floor workshops for each trimester.

We design each week to target all the major muscle groups. New classes, taught by Doctors of Physical Therapy, are dropped Monday-Friday. Receive a plan to work out with us 3, 4, or 5 times/week.
