How do I cancel? 

You can cancel any time within your 14-day trial without being charged. You can also cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Once you cancel, you will have access to the membership for the rest of your billing cycle.

If you signed up via the web, follow these instructions to cancel:
1. Visit portal.evlofitness.com
2. If on a computer, go to your settings by clicking your email address in the top right corner when logged in. If on a mobile web browser, go to your settings by clicking “Insights” in the bottom right corner –> “Open account settings”.
3. Click “Plan” –> “Cancel” at the bottom of the page

If you signed up via Apple Subscriptions, follow these instructions to cancel. 

How do I pause my account?

Only accounts created through portal.evlofitness.com can be paused. Your account can be paused for one, two, or three months.

1. Visit portal.evlofitness.com
2. If on a computer, go to your settings by clicking your email address in the top right corner when logged in. If on a mobile web browser, go to your settings by clicking “Insights” in the bottom right corner –> “Open account settings”.
3. Select the number of months you would like to pause –> Select “Pause”

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password using this link: https://portal.evlofitness.com/reset-password. Check your spam/junk mail if you do not see the email come through within a few minutes.
