How do I cancel? 

You can cancel any time within your 14-day trial without being charged. You can also cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Once you cancel, you will have access to the membership for the rest of your billing cycle.

If you signed up via the web, follow these instructions to cancel:
1. Visit https://portal.evlofitness.com/
2. Click the “Profile” tab
3. Select “Your Plan” –> “Cancel” at the bottom of the page

If you signed up via Apple Subscriptions, follow these instructions to cancel. 

How do I pause my account?

Only accounts created through https://portal.evlofitness.com/ can be paused. Your account can be paused for one, two, or three months. Pauses cannot be extended. Subscriptions resume automatically at the end of a pause period unless cancelled.

1. Visit https://portal.evlofitness.com/
2. Click the “Profile” tab
3. Select “Your Plan” –> Select the number of months you would like to pause

How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password using this link: https://portal.evlofitness.com/reset-password. Check your spam/junk mail if you do not see the email come through within a few minutes.
