Frequently asked questions

Is music played during class? 

We’ve got you covered. Choose from a list of genres to get access to popular music played directly over classes. Adjust the volume of both the music and the instructor to find your perfect sound. 

What equipment will I need?

To make workouts effective from the comfort of your own home, investing in equipment is an important part of the process. Here is the list of equipment we recommend to get the most out of your Evlo workouts.

Will I need to do cardio on the side? 

We believe cardio is “overdosed” in the fitness industry. We have short and optional low- and high-intensity cardio classes that can be built into your schedule. In addition to the workouts, we recommend low-intensity cardio (like walking) 10-30 minutes most days of the week.

Can I cancel any time? 

You can cancel any time within your 14-day trial without being charged. You can also cancel before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. Once you cancel, you will have access to the membership for the rest of your billing cycle.

If you signed up via the web, follow these instructions to cancel:
1. Visit portal.evlofitness.com
2. If on a computer, go to your settings by clicking your email address in the top right corner when logged in. If on a mobile web browser, go to your settings by clicking "Insights" in the bottom right corner --> "Open account settings".
3. Click "Plan" --> "Cancel" at the bottom of the page

If you signed up via Apple Subscriptions, follow these instructions to cancel. 


How do I know which classes to take?

When you sign up for Evlo, you’ll be taken through an onboarding assessment. Your homepage will populate based on this assessment, signaling which classes to take on which days. No more guesswork or endless scrolling. 

How long are the workouts? 

Class length will depend on how many days a week you prefer to workout. The 3X per week tracks feature two ~60 minute classes and one 35 minute class per week. Classes on the 4X and 5X per week tracks are all 35 minutes. 

Choose an Evlo Mini (20 minutes or less) if you need to grab a shorter option. 

I have an injury. Is Evlo safe for me? 

We pride ourselves on creating classes that offer lots of modifications so you feel safe and successful. However, because we can’t evaluate your individual needs, please get clearance from your doctor or physical therapist before starting our program.

Is Evlo prenatal and postpartum safe? 

We always recommend getting clearance from your medical provider if you are pregnant or postpartum.

Once clearance has been given, we have expertly-curated programs to guide you through your entire pregnancy and to aid in a gentle return to fitness postpartum (beginning as early as two weeks). 

How can I reset my password?

Make sure to check your junk mail if you do not receive an email once you submit the reset form. 

How can I take classes?

All members can access classes via a web browser by logging in at portal.evlofitness.com. We recommend using a Chrome browser. The website is completely mobile responsive and can be used on Android devices. 

Members with Apple devices can download our IOS app via the app store.
