It’s designed to help you build muscle, improve body composition, and feel good in your body without the exhaustion, joint strain, or burnout that derail consistency.

Each week of classes follows a thoughtful approach to strength training created by Doctors of Physical Therapy, so you can train effectively and sustainably over time.

Muscle development follows an established biological timeline. Visible changes take time, and staying consistent through that timeline is what determines results.

Evlo Weekly is built on the Evlo Method, which delivers enough stimulus to build muscle without the unnecessary fatigue or burnout that causes people to quit before results appear.

Early adaptation

Equipment

  • Dumbbells that allow you to reach muscle failure within ~6–30 reps
  • A kitchen chair or bench
