Evlo Weekly is our flagship strength training program.

It’s designed to help you build muscle, improve body composition, and feel good in your body without the exhaustion, joint strain, or burnout that derail consistency.

Each week follows a thoughtful approach to strength training created by Doctors of Physical Therapy, so you can train effectively and sustainably over time.

Equipment

  • Dumbbells that allow you to reach muscle failure within ~6–30 reps
  • A kitchen chair or bench
  • Exercise ball or pillow

  • Evlo Foundations week introduces the Evlo Method and class formats
